I make cheesecake bars over a cookie dough crust that I've baked just until the top is dry and then I put a layer of raspberry jam on the crust before I pour in the cheesecake batter. Would this work with your crumb crust? Or would you recommend a different approach? The flavor of the jam with the cheesecake really adds a nice touch.
