Oh come on now! You don't honestly believe anyone is going to stick at a 1" square of divine cheesecake do you? 'Cause if you do, you need a straight jacket and a padded cell, you just can't be safe to let out on your own!:) 1" square is ONE BITE. I've been known to take one bite, and then– Walk... away... from... the... cheesecake... :) PJH
