I love your devil may care attitude. This is a great comfort to someone whose mishaps out number their squeaky clean triumphs in the kitchen. Do you think you could get away with hand mixing? My blender and I don't get along. Yes, you should be able to make these with a hand-mixer. Just keep mixing until the batter is combined and mostly smooth. - kelsey
