I've never made cheese cake but I would like to try this recipe for a break room treat. I can't decide to use heavy cream or sour cream. I love the taste of both. What's the favorite choice and why? Thank you.
In this case, I think it depends on your mood. If you want a flavor that's a little more tangy, use the sour cream. If you want a smooooooth vanilla glide, heavy cream is the way to go. Susan
