I made these as directed, using Merckens chocolate, Baker's unsweetened and heavy whipping cream. They set up beautifully. I used the 2 quart beaker filled with very hot water to stand my knife between each cut. Perfect results, almost no waste. Now the trick will be to get these gifts to the recipients... ...without enjoying them yourself first, you mean? :) Glad they worked out well for you - PJH
