When I was a kid we used to eat gnocchi a lot.I didn't know then their fancy Italian name-just a polish one.They are terrific with beef stew.They have to be cooked first and added to a dish when serving stew.Try this one-it's very tasty! Sounds like a delicious addition to stew, Maria - thanks! PJH
