Hi PJ, I have been making gnocchi for years. I never knew there was a gnocchi board!!! I have always used the back of a fork and it's okay as long as you dip the fork in flour after rolling a few otherwise the gnocchi stick. So as I get ready to place a new order, the gnocchi board will be added to my list. Just when I think I have everything I could possibly need, KA comes up with something else I just have to have.
