Hi Ralph, you have quite a keen eye and you're not wrong that the recipe included in this blog is different than the King Arthur Potato Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce recipe, and will very likely yield different results in terms of the texture of the gnocchi. The original gnocchi recipe was retired off the website, but we felt this blog would still be helpful to those who wanted to learn how to make gnocchi, even when following a different recipe. While both recipes will certainly work, if you're looking for a more tender and light gnocchi, I would stick to the recipe I've linked above.
