I can't WAIT to make these for my family. We love having waffles for dinner.I do have a question...can we double or tripple this recipe? We are a family of 6 (which includes 3 growing boys) so 4 waffles is just not going to do! Or do I just need to make 3 seperate batches. Looking forward to dinner tonight:) You can definitely double the recipe, just don't double the yeast. Try two double batches, and freeze the extras (if there are any) for quick on-the-go breakfasts. ~ MaryJane
