Ian, our goal is to help people enjoy baking, and we don't mind fielding all kinds of questions and concerns, as long as they are not mean-spirited and are respectful of others. If a recipe doesn't turn out the way you expected or isn't to your taste, we don't mind hearing that too. Such comments can be helpful to others who may have similar tastes, and sometimes (if enough people have the same concern) we may even re-test and modify a recipe.
