I used this recipe yesterday for my daughter's beach bash and to say they are the best chocolate cupcakes I've ever baked is an understatement! I followed both the recipe and the instructions with only one small difference (I don't have the cake enhancer in my kitchen, now it is in my shopping cart ;) ). I set my oven temperature @ 350 and let them bake for 18 minutes and... voila! One thing I have to say is that I use El Rey brand of chocolate 70% cocoa both in the cupcakes and the chocolate frosting and the taste is heavenly well at least for a chocoholic like myself.
