Man these look awesome. I made a batch of breakfast cookies that ended up being all rubbery and weird but these, i want to try. Could you substitute honey for the white sugar? I feel like there's a lot of not good for ya things in here Honey is less sweet and it brings along all of that moisture with it. To incorporate this change you will need to increase the amount of flour to achieve a similar consistency. Experiment, have fun! Frank @ KAF.
