So many recipes on the internet don’t seem to me to be the real Parker House recipe. Which is what I’ve been looking for because it’s what my grandma used to make and I can no longer find the piece of paper it was written down on…
One thing I do know is that her recipe did not have potato flakes or potato flour in it. That was in her potato rolls… definitely not her Parker house… I’m also seeing lots of Parker house without an egg in it…
These are wrong recipes. They’re inconsistent with what Parker house rolls are.
