Mark Landry November 25, 2022 at 10:10am Made these yesterday with fresh yeast and the results were underwhelming. Expected more yeast undertones but they tasted flat and almost store-bought. Not what I would expect for 3 hours of prep, proofing, baking, and butter. Used KA AP flour too! Reply
