Hi Barbara, most rolls can be successfully baked ahead of the big day and then frozen. For these rolls I would freeze the cooled rolls still connected, double wrapped in plastic. Thaw the rolls out overnight at room temperature (wrapped), and then warm them up in a 300°F oven on a parchement lined baking sheet, tented loosely with foil (to keep the rolls moist). Heat the rolls on a center rack just until warm (probably about 10-15 minutes), then brush the warmed rolls with melted butter one more time before serving. With all the butter in these rolls, you'll want to keep an eye on them in the oven so they don't brown up too much on the bottom.
