Has anyone tried an overnight rise with the final shaping? I saw a comment about overnight proofing with the first rise, so I'm giving that a go and will try shaping and the final rise tomorrow. But if anyone has experimented with the final rise as an overnight proof, I'd love to know. These rolls do fly out the door, especially with kids in the house.
