I have a question about measuring ingredients vs weighing. I found a discrepancy between the two. The recipe called for 3/4 cup dry potato flakes or 50 gm. I used a quarter cup measuring cup and 3 of those equaled about 36 gm. So I added extra to make 50. I also weighed the flour and my dough did not rise as the recipe said it would. What do you suggest ? And I love your website.
