Hi Marianne! The texture will be a little different if you freeze them after baking, simply because the butter will firm up and then soften. It will help if once they've thawed, you put them back in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes to re-warm them, then brush with melted butter when you take them out. Annabelle@KAF
