OH man... OUSTANDING! These were a home run for Thanksgiving and now prepping more for Christmas. Let my 6Q KitchenAid stand mixer handle the kneading. It's well worth the time and effort. This was a great walkthrough blog with these rolls and I've learned a lot from it. Got to run, buttery goodness calling my name!
