I tried this recipe a few days ago and the result was horrific. I contacted KA 's help line and was advised that perhaps I didn't use the correct techique for dry ingredients measuring, as my dough was dry and the rolls never rose. I made a second attempt based on the advise on the help line. This time the results were very good. I did modify the instant mashed potatoes measurement -- used half a cup rather than 3/4 cup.
