I made these for Easter, a double batch but I doubled every ingredient. They came out a bit heavy. Was it too much yeast or too much potato flakes (the 3/4 c seems like an off equivalent to the 1/4 c potato flour. Also my Kitchen Aid stand mixer was smoking hot towards the end so I kneaded by hand to finish! Help me!
