I made these today to take to easter dinner, they were delicious, but they grew way more than your pictures. Huge. A few days ago I made your hot cross buns recipe. Same thing -- they really grew! My husband couldn't finish one for breakfast. Had to,split them in half.
Both were delicious but ridiculously large.
What am I doing wrong.
FYI I live at 5000 ft in a very dry climate.
I think PJ Hamel,should spend a winter here baking so she could tell us dry high bakers what to do. Maybe across the street from me...? Think of the great high altitude cookbook KAF could publish. I'd buy it!!!
