I used my bread machine for the dough and shaped it like traditional rolls. Subbed just over 1/2 cup real mashed potato with water and sour cream instead of instant potatoes. Also added a tablespoon of sour cream. Increased the flour by about 1/2 cup. Dough was a little sticky but nice. Shaped into traditional rolls instead of Parker House roll shape. Brushed with butter both before and after cooking.
