I would like to make these Parker House rolls but I don't have the instant mashed potato flakes. Can I sub with mashed potato and how much? Yes, you can used mashed potatoes; it partly depends on how wet they are. I'd go for a third of a cup, and decrease the amount of milk in the recipe by 1/4 cup. Check the dough; you may need to adjust it with a little more liquid or flour. Susan
