Hi, I want to try this recipe. But need some advice from the KAF experts. 1. If I have to make only 8 rolls, do I just halve the ingredients, including the yeast? 2. Is it ok to use 2% milk? Or should I use whole milk? 3. If I want to use boiled mashed potatoes, what changes should I make? Thank you.
