I tried your recipe. They did not look at all like your finished rolls when complete, other than the fold. No light fluffy texture. Dense and gluey like little rocks. We are at over 6000 ft and if you have any suggestions to help, I would appreciate it. I would strongly suggest to take a look at our high-altitude baking page, it should greatly help with your baking.-Jon
