Hi, I am so eager to try this recipe. Can I use corn starch instead of potato flour? I cannot find potato flour in the supermarkets around me. Thank you very much. Hmmm...never tried cornstarch, but it should work fairly well, Reemy. I'd give it a try - and let us know how it goes, OK? Good luck - PJH
