I am looking for your old Parkerhouse Roll recipe, the one where you do make rounds, place a pat of cold butter in the center of the round and then fold it into a half-moon shape. I know they are a pain to make but I actually preferred them that way, as do my family. Do you still have a copy of the old recipe? As a minor quibble, I do realize that you occasionally change/improve recipes, and that's great, but is it possible to keep the old unimproved versions of recipes too? I try the new/improved versions, but sometimes find that I liked the original ones better, but can no longer find them on your site. Thanks! I will see what I can do, Sandra.
