Want to make for xmas. Can you use lactose free milk? Also, if you use buttermilk, do you need to add baking soda? Yes, Gregory, go ahead and use lactose-free milk. For buttermilk - no baking soda needed, your rolls will simply taste a bit tangy, like sourdough. Enjoy! PJH
