One way to give it a go would be to try mixing the color into some shortening first then adding that to the frosting. Susan told me she uses the Americolor gel without trouble, but that it might be possible to add more color than the frosting can carry. If you are after a super-intense color, you might want to experiment with powdered color.~Jaydl@KAF
