I AM MAKING A RECIPE FOR BAKLAVA THIS AFTERNOON. IT CALLS FOR ROSE WATER. I DON'T HAVE IT, NOR DO I KNOW WHAT IT IS. DOES ANYONE THINK I COULD OR SHOULD SUBSTITUTE MY NEW FIORI DI SICILIA? (IT IS IN MY STOCKING RIGHT NOW BUT I COULD SNEAK A BIT OUT)! THANKS! No, just leave out the rosewater - it's OK, it's not critical to the recipe, and the Fiori is a COMPLETELY different flavor. Good luck! PJH
