Jane, you're welcome to make mini loaves using this recipe. Fill each loaf pan about 2/3 of the way full with batter/dough. The baking time and number of loaves it will make will vary based on the size of the pans, but typically mini loaves take about half as much time as the full recipe to bake through. Check for doneness around 15-20 minutes, adding additional time as necessary until done. Kye@KAF
