My daughter has picked up the tradition of making meat pies from her French Canadian mother in law. They are delicious and we look forward to eating them on Christmas morning. She buys good -quality, frozen pie crusts. However, the bottom crust is often mushy. Is there anything she can do to prevent this from happening?
