try using wax paper to roll out biscuits. I have been making these dog biscuits for over 10 years and my yorkie and bischon get 1 each when we go to bed. now they sit on the arm of my couch at 8PM waiting to go to bed so they can have a biscuit. I make 3 batches at a time
