Hi all: I make about a million Russian Teacakes every Christmas ( I think these have a lot of different names, but they're the little powdered sugar/butter/nut balls.) Could I make these now, freeze them, and store them in bags for a week or so? (mind spinning at possibility). Thanks in advance. KA is always such a great resource. You'd need to freeze them before adding the powdered sugar, as that gets soggy during thawing. ~ MaryJane
