Thank you, thank you! I just knew this had to be a legit way to do holiday cookies. I've searched high and low but I just keep reading "fine to freeze dough in a blob...fine to freeze baked/decorated cookies" but nowhere else have I found permission to roll, cut, freeze and THEN bake.
