Pappy November 11, 2022 at 3:35pm I have been freezing whole pies (apple mostly, but also pear and apricot) for years. I use tapioca for thickener. Love the tip for thawing, I have not tried that in the past, always went from freezer to oven. (I use Pyrex and my favorite stoneware) Reply
