I did make this in a tart pan (ten inch, not nine, duh), and a half batch of the crust with one third batch of the filling were just right. I suspect I overbaked it a bit at 28 minutes, so I'll start checking earlier next time. Unfortunately, we were all so full of other Christmas treats that we never got around to cutting it, but it is in the freezer waiting for our New Year's Eve party tomorrow.
