I'm currently insane (translation: doing Weight Watchers during the holiday baking season) but REALLY want this cheesecake. Any cooking time or other suggestions for doing cupcake tin mini-cheesecakes?"If you do this in muffin tins, be sure to set your tin in a water bath, as the cakes are small and fragile and could use the gentle bake in the steam.
