Do you have a suggestion for a homemade caramel that would work in this recipe? Because I would LOVE to try this, but I also would like to make caramel from scratch! Hi there, I'd check out the comments section on the Thousand Dollar Bars blog. There are lots of suggestions there for homemade caramels. ~ MaryJane
