I can't wait to make these. My family has Swedish ancestry and we always celebrate St. Lucia Day. But we usually just do cinnamon rols. I'm totally going to attempt these. If you can't find pearl sugar, you could try breaking up sugar cubes. Not quite the same, but close. ~ MaryJane
