Talk about dashed hopes! I googled gluten free lussekatter again this year hoping for something in English/Imperial units and was super excited to see King Arthur Flour come up as the third listing--till I clicked through and realized it just showed up because of the couple of us asking for a gluten free version in years past. Just wanted to let you all know there's still an unmet market for GF Lucia bun recipes!
