Hi Kayla, if possible, we'd recommend freezing the buns after they've been baked and cooled. This will ensure the best final texture and rise in the buns. You can even reheat the thawed buns in a low oven before serving to make them taste practically fresh from the oven. If you'd like to try freezing the unbaked dough, you can do so right after the dough is mixed. If you give this a shot, be sure to wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for a month or less. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
