If you could please find a way to make these gluten free like the high rising gluten free sandwich bread you shared, it would be so much appreciated. I love your step by step recipes with photos of everything we need to know. It's my favorite website and favorite flour. Now I just need a good GF recipe. I tried one last year and it was terrible. I'm certain the genius behind all you do at King Arthur would help you come up with something really awesome...much more so than I could do from here! Thank you!
