Made a batch on Sat and forced my boyfriend to assembly-line roll them with me on Sun. He was shocked by how fast it was and how little mess we made (I have a bit of a record). He even promised not to eat too many so I'd have enough for gifts. I'm going to try a Thai tea infused variation and a cayenne-cinnamon variation. Maybe tomorrow.
