I've only made truffles once. I used Kraft's recipe that uses Philadelphia cream cheese. They were okay, but I just don't like chocolate with my cream cheese, so they were far from great. That is a combo that I want to enjoy, but never do. Next time I make truffles (not this year because I'm trying to watch my pregnancy weight gain and there are too many other must-eat goodies right now), I'm definitely going to use cream and good chocolate.
