I'm going to try these with some allspice, cayenne (or maybe chipotle powder), and cinnamon...I love that chocolate/spice blend from Latin American. Definitely. Our beloved Andrea was asking for a Mexican chocolate version, so I'll have to work on that for her Hannukah gift. ~ MaryJane
