Oh my gosh ... gianduja ... I just bought a 2lb block of Valrhona gianduja. I'm welling up with joy at the mere thought.... Maybe coat with finely chopped hazelnuts and a touch of sea salt? :) PJH Karen, how about a gianduja core, with a truffle layer, then a nut coating? Woo hooo! ~ MaryJane
