Sometimes the cookies already filled will get a little too soft over time and it's just as easy to save the cookies unfilled and fill when ready to serve. That way the cookies stay firm but not soggy. And I love the idea of using your mixes, people really can't tell the difference. Great hint, thank you for sharing.
