I guess I am my own cookie swap. A few years ago I started sending cookie boxes to customers as a thank you and it has gotten to be a real tradition with me baking at least 20 kinds of cookies. One customer moved to a new company and wanted to know how to get back on the cookie list! I start in October making refrigerator cookie dough and freezing it. This year I had 13 kinds done before it was time to start the actual baking. It's so great to get the thank you from people and see how everyone has a different favorite.
